• Can I really use this with any plan?

    • Yes!  We can work with any employer sponsored retirement plan (401k, 403b, etc) that has a fixed lineup of investment options.  However, we do not work with “brokerage” windows/accounts within those plans.

  • How do I find all of the available investment options in my plan?

    • There are two simple ways to find your available investment options:

      • Go to your “Performance” tab and click the “print” option in your browser and save the file as a PDF

      • Go to the screen where you can re-balance your allocations and click the “print” option in your browser and save the file as a PDF

        TIP: Be sure to save all pages of the PDF so we can ensure that every one of your investment options are added to your account

  • I have an adviser, how do I know if they can help me with this service?

    • The best way is to reach out to your adviser and ask if they are offering this service.  If they are, let them know that you would like to set up an account and they will get it set up for you.

    • If your adviser does not have an agreement with our firm yet, you can set up a “direct” account with us by using the SIGNUP button and following the onscreen “wizard” (you will need a PDF of your available investment options – see above)

  • My adviser does have an agreement with your firm, how do I get started?

    • Contact your adviser and let them know you would like to set up your Plan Confidence account.  You will provide them your fund lineup and they will take care of the rest.

  • My adviser does not have an agreement with your firm, how do I get started?

    • Go to our home page and click the “Participants” button and then the SIGNUP button.  The on screen set up wizard will walk you through the steps.  You can always schedule a call with Kevin to help you if you get stuck.

  • I recently changed jobs, how do I get my new plan information into your database?

    • If your account was set up with an adviser, let them know you switched jobs, provide them with your new fund lineup and the date your new plan starts.

    • If you have an account setup directly with us, email support@planconfidence.com your new fund lineup and the date your new plan starts and we will take care of the rest.

  • Are there any long term contracts?

    • No!  Absolutely not!!  We don’t believe in long term contracts, so our contracts are “month-to-month” and you can cancel at any time.
